Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASEF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASEF-associated genes across cancer lineages are VSX2, TAS2R9, and C20orf85. Each is linked with RASEF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASEF-to-partner and partner-to-RASEF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VSX2 grouped by RASEF-low versus RASEF-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASEF→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASEF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
