Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RASD2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RASD2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher RASD2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RASD2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ESCA, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where RASD2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
