RASD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,086 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DENND2D, MAMDC2, and MAP1A_S667. Each is linked with RASD2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASD2-to-partner and partner-to-RASD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASD2 versus DENND2D in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
