RASD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,151 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP57, RN7SL447P, and RCCD1. Each is linked with RASD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASD2-to-partner and partner-to-RASD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP57 grouped by RASD2-low versus RASD2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
