Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Chk2, eIF4E, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with RASD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASD2-to-partner and partner-to-RASD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chk2 grouped by RASD2-low versus RASD2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
