Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,385 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of protein localization in organelle, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with RASD2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASD2-to-partner and partner-to-RASD2 results are reported.
