RASD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,263 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNS2, NES_S548, and NID1. Each is linked with RASD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASD1-to-partner and partner-to-RASD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASD1 versus TNS2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
