RASD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1127P, RN7SKP188, and RNU6-693P. Each is linked with RASD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASD1-to-partner and partner-to-RASD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1127P grouped by RASD1-low versus RASD1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
