Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASD1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMP and MPP. Each is linked with RASD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASD1-to-partner and partner-to-RASD1 results are reported.
