RASAL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASAL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,785 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASAL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB10, PTPN7, and PTPRC. Each is linked with RASAL3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASAL3-to-partner and partner-to-RASAL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASAL3 versus PSMB10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASAL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASAL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
