RASAL3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASAL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,147 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASAL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, APOBEC3H, and CSF2RB. Each is linked with RASAL3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASAL3-to-partner and partner-to-RASAL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASAL3 versus CYTH4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASAL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASAL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
