RASAL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASAL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,220 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASAL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAXDC2, MBD2, and TAAR8. Each is linked with RASAL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASAL3-to-partner and partner-to-RASAL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAXDC2 grouped by RASAL3-low versus RASAL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASAL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASAL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
