Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASAL3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASAL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, C-Raf, and Chk2_pT68. Each is linked with RASAL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASAL3-to-partner and partner-to-RASAL3 results are reported.
