Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASAL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,680 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASAL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Purine nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with RASAL3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASAL3-to-partner and partner-to-RASAL3 results are reported.
