RASAL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASAL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,680 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASAL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASAL2-AS1, CALD1, and TIMP3. Each is linked with RASAL2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASAL2-to-partner and partner-to-RASAL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASAL2 versus RASAL2-AS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
