RASAL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASAL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,830 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASAL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP2, E2F1, and SUPV3L1. Each is linked with RASAL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASAL2-to-partner and partner-to-RASAL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP2 grouped by RASAL2-low versus RASAL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
