RASAL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASAL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASAL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and TIGAR. Each is linked with RASAL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASAL2-to-partner and partner-to-RASAL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by RASAL2-low versus RASAL2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
