Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASAL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,804 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASAL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of focal adhesion assembly, Regulation of cell-substrate junction assembly, and Regulation of cell-substrate junction organization. Each is linked with RASAL2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASAL2-to-partner and partner-to-RASAL2 results are reported.
