Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASAL2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,650 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASAL2-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASAL2, UBE2V1, and LINC00630. Each is linked with RASAL2-AS1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASAL2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-RASAL2-AS1 results are reported.
