RASAL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASAL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,602 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASAL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HIP1R, LLGL2, and EPB41L1. Each is linked with RASAL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASAL1-to-partner and partner-to-RASAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASAL1 versus HIP1R in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
