Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASAL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,413 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AIF1L, MYRF, and HIP1R. Each is linked with RASAL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASAL1-to-partner and partner-to-RASAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASAL1 versus AIF1L in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
