RASAL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,869 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF138, RPS10P21, and RNU6-1022P. Each is linked with RASAL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASAL1-to-partner and partner-to-RASAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF138 grouped by RASAL1-low versus RASAL1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
