Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LKB1, Akt, and ATM. Each is linked with RASAL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASAL1-to-partner and partner-to-RASAL1 results are reported.
