Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASAL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,953 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASAL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of bone mineralization involved in bone maturation, tRNA wobble base 5-methoxycarbonylmethyl-2-thiouridinylation, and Establishment or maintenance of microtubule cytoskeleton polarity. Each is linked with RASAL1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASAL1-to-partner and partner-to-RASAL1 results are reported.
