Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASA4DP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,074 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASA4DP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein polymerization, Regulation of small GTPase mediated signal transduction, and Regulation of mRNA export from nucleus. Each is linked with RASA4DP in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASA4DP-to-partner and partner-to-RASA4DP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein polymerization grouped by RASA4DP-low versus RASA4DP-high in STAD.
