Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RASA3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RASA3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher RASA3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RASA3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and CCRCC show a favorable association.

LSCC, UCEC, and GBM are the cancer types where RASA3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
