RASA3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,157 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMP3, PMP22, and LHFPL6. Each is linked with RASA3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASA3-to-partner and partner-to-RASA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
