Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,998 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC13, NCK1, and XRN1. Each is linked with RASA2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASA2-to-partner and partner-to-RASA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASA2 versus DNAJC13 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
