Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,042 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASAL3, TAGAP, and C16orf54. Each is linked with RASA2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASA2-to-partner and partner-to-RASA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASA2 versus RASAL3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
