RASA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,745 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, VARS2, and RNU1-17P. Each is linked with RASA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASA2-to-partner and partner-to-RASA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPD3 grouped by RASA2-low versus RASA2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
