RASA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,781 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MPO, MTERF3, and OTUD4. Each is linked with RASA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASA1-to-partner and partner-to-RASA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASA1 versus MPO in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
