Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,149 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TENT2, GALNT10, and KIF2A. Each is linked with RASA1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASA1-to-partner and partner-to-RASA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASA1 versus TENT2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
