Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,900 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of hippo signaling, Regulation of focal adhesion assembly, and Regulation of cell-substrate junction assembly. Each is linked with RASA1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASA1-to-partner and partner-to-RASA1 results are reported.
