RASA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 471 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are REG3A, WFDC13, and WFDC10B. Each is linked with RASA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASA1-to-partner and partner-to-RASA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REG3A grouped by RASA1-low versus RASA1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
