RARS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RARS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,789 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RARS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNCRIP, PM20D2, and PREP. Each is linked with RARS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RARS2-to-partner and partner-to-RARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RARS2 versus SYNCRIP in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
