Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RARS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,195 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFFO1, MEOX2, and ZEB1. Each is linked with RARS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RARS2-to-partner and partner-to-RARS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RARS2 versus IFFO1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
