Across TCGA cell cohorts, RARS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,014 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RARS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 7-methylguanosine mRNA capping, 7-methylguanosine RNA capping, and 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 3,5-bisphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with RARS2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RARS2-to-partner and partner-to-RARS2 results are reported.
