RARS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RARS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IZUMO2, KRTAP17-1, and CENPVL3. Each is linked with RARS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RARS2-to-partner and partner-to-RARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IZUMO2 grouped by RARS2-low versus RARS2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
