RARS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RARS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,433 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RARS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOP16, NPM1, and G3BP1. Each is linked with RARS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RARS1-to-partner and partner-to-RARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RARS1 versus NOP16 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
