RARS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR, and Ku80. Each is linked with RARS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RARS1-to-partner and partner-to-RARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by RARS1-low versus RARS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
