Across TCGA cell cohorts, RARS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,389 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RARS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of rRNA processing, Nuclear division, and Protein localization to nucleus. Each is linked with RARS1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RARS1-to-partner and partner-to-RARS1 results are reported.
