RARRES1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RARRES1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,184 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RARRES1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GABRP, INPP4B, and DUSP4. Each is linked with RARRES1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RARRES1-to-partner and partner-to-RARRES1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RARRES1 versus GABRP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RARRES1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RARRES1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
