RARRES1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RARRES1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RARRES1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, EGFR_pY1068, and TIGAR. Each is linked with RARRES1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RARRES1-to-partner and partner-to-RARRES1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by RARRES1-low versus RARRES1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RARRES1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RARRES1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
