RAPSN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPSN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,749 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP2A1, MSS51, and GUSBP11. Each is linked with RAPSN in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPSN-to-partner and partner-to-RAPSN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAPSN versus ATP2A1 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
