RAPSN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPSN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,522 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP231, MIR7702, and RNU6-147P. Each is linked with RAPSN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPSN-to-partner and partner-to-RAPSN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP231 grouped by RAPSN-low versus RAPSN-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
