RAPSN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAPSN mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 6,289 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCDHA2, SLC9A1, and N4BP2. Each is linked with RAPSN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPSN-to-partner and partner-to-RAPSN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCDHA2 grouped by RAPSN-low versus RAPSN-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
