Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,856 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAPH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRF5, SEMA3G, and PCDH12. Each is linked with RAPH1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPH1-to-partner and partner-to-RAPH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAPH1 versus ADGRF5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
