RAPH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,067 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01072, BTF3P11, and OR10J6P. Each is linked with RAPH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPH1-to-partner and partner-to-RAPH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01072 grouped by RAPH1-low versus RAPH1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAPH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAPH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
