Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAPH1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF2, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with RAPH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPH1-to-partner and partner-to-RAPH1 results are reported.
