Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAPH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,931 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAPH1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Endosomal transport, and Regulation of stress-activated protein kinase signaling cascade. Each is linked with RAPH1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAPH1-to-partner and partner-to-RAPH1 results are reported.
